Content Creator

From the topic plan to the finished piece, in the voice of your brand.

Content is rarely a question of ideas and almost always a question of capacity. The Content Creator sets the frame from brand identity, personas, templates and knowledge profiles, and produces text and image within it. Approval and publishing happen in one place.

Where it breaks down

The bottleneck is not the idea. It is production.

The topics are on the table, the plan exists. What is missing are the hands that turn them into finished, on-brand pieces, in the right form for every channel.

01

The tone frays

Three people, three agencies, five channels. Everyone hits the brand slightly differently, and over a year that adds up to an appearance nobody decided on.

02

Images cost time and money

Every motif means a shoot or a purchase from the same stock library the competition buys from. The first slows you down, the second makes you interchangeable.

03

Approvals run by email

Draft in the attachment, comment in the reply, final version in a third message. Who approved what in the end nobody can say afterwards.

The solution

First the frame, then the production.

The difference from a text tool lies before the first word. Brand identity, communication framework, personas, templates, channels and knowledge profiles define what applies. Production happens only within that.

At the beginning stands the brand framework: positioning, values, tone of voice and language rules, plus what is explicitly not said. Precisely what the Brand Strategy Manager delivers as structured data. Without that frame every production is arbitrary, with it it becomes checkable.

The operational building blocks sit on top. A persona describes audience, stance and tone. A template sets structure and length per channel. A knowledge profile brings the facts a piece may draw on. Together they form a frame in which production becomes reliable rather than accidental.

Text and image are produced across several providers behind one uniform layer. That keeps switching open when a model gets better or cheaper, without the editorial team noticing anything.

The editorial plan holds topics, dates and responsibilities. Every piece passes review and approval before it goes out. From the performance of published pieces come proposals for the next plan.

In practice

Six scenes that cost weeks today.

The first three are production work. The last three are the actual point: between a good idea and its effect in the market lies almost always the time that producing content eats up.

One briefing, five channels

A product briefing becomes five channel-appropriate versions, each in the right length and form. Not the same text five times with different line breaks.

An image without a shoot

The motif is produced within the brand frame, in minutes instead of weeks. For drafts and variants that is often entirely sufficient.

A support question becomes content

A question that comes up three times a week in service becomes an FAQ entry and a piece. That lowers the number of enquiries and raises visibility at the same time.

From idea to market presence

Between an idea with visible business potential and its visibility in the market lie weeks as a rule, and the bottleneck is rarely the idea. When landing page, ad copy, social posts and sales material appear in a day, the potential gets captured while it still is one.

From feasibility to scale

A feasibility study needs market response, not opinions. With finished channel versions a thesis can be tested on real audiences within days. If it carries, the same route scales without rebuilding. If it does not, it cost a week rather than a quarter.

Testing a new audience

Address a new segment without diluting the brand. One additional persona inside the existing frame is enough, and the tone stays checked. If the segment does not fit, the persona is switched off again and nothing remains.

How it works

Set the frame, plan, produce, approve, analyse, improve.

01

Set the frame

Brand identity, tone, personas, templates, channels and knowledge profiles are created once and maintained afterwards. That is the investment everything else rests on.

02

Plan

Topics and dates in the editorial plan, with owner and channel. Visible to everyone working on it.

03

Produce

Text and image emerge inside the set frame. Variants are cheap, so things get tried rather than stopped at the first draft.

04

Approve

Review, comment, approval, publication. The history stays with the piece and remains traceable later.

05

Analyse

What happened is recorded per piece and channel. That answers which topics, formats and tones actually carried.

06

Improve

The analysis produces proposals for the next plan. The circle closes instead of every month starting from zero.

On brand

Working on brand has never been as effective as it is now.

For years the brand definition was a document people took note of. Only when it exists in machine-readable form does it actually get applied to every single piece, not just the important ones. That inverts the relationship: the brand is held not despite the volume but because of it.

Take one topic from your next plan and we will turn it into five channel-appropriate versions.

Arrange a conversation
Core capabilities

What the module brings.

Personas and tone

Audience, stance and tone as a maintained specification rather than an agreement everyone remembers differently.

Templates and channels

Structure and length per channel, defined once. A topic then automatically becomes the right form.

Editorial plan

Topics, dates and responsibilities in one place. Visible who is working on what and what is due next.

Text generation

Several providers behind one uniform layer. Switching stays open without the editorial team relearning anything.

Image generation

Motifs within the brand frame, with aspect ratios for every channel. Drafts and variants in minutes.

Review and approval

An editorial process with comments and history. Who approved what and when stays with the piece.

Proposals

Data sources, analytics and recurring questions produce concrete topic proposals for the next plan.

Automation rules

Recurring routines start by themselves, for instance producing the channel versions once a piece is approved.

Knowledge profiles and sources

The facts a piece may draw on. So the text does not contain whatever happens to sound plausible.

Performance analysis

Snapshots per piece and channel. That answers what carried and what did not.

Messenger integration

Drafts and approvals where the team already works, rather than in yet another inbox.

Media library

Produced and uploaded motifs in one place, reusable across pieces and channels.

Where it works

Three roles, three measurable outcomes.

Marketing management

The plan gets kept, because production is no longer the bottleneck. And the appearance stays recognisable across channels.

Editorial

Less time on the first draft, more time on sharpening and quality. Variants cost minutes instead of another meeting.

Agency

The frame is stored machine-readable. Briefings get shorter, correction loops rarer, handovers less lossy.

A look inside

How an editorial team works with it.

On the left the editorial plan holding the month. On the right a single piece with the frame it is produced in. The tabs are switchable.

The frame sits above the draft

Persona, template and knowledge profile are set before the first word appears. The check against the brand frame runs alongside, and the channel versions come out of it.

Abstracted representation with invented content. Which checks, channels and approval routes apply in your installation is something we define together.

Where it sits

The middle link of the content chain.

Content does not emerge in a vacuum. The Brand Strategy Manager delivers the boundaries, the Content Creator the content, the Voice Generative CMS publishes it. Three modules, one chain, one shared operation.

Culture
Enable people, do not replace them.
Agents

Knowledge

The three modules can be used individually. Together they form a continuous route from brand strategy to the published page, in which the specifications do not get lost along the way.

Operation and data sovereignty

Content, motifs and specifications stay yours.

Produced content and motifs belong to you. Where they are created and stored is your decision.

Cloud

Operated in European data centres, with monitoring and updates during live operation. The fastest route into production.

Hybrid

Sensible when the media library and knowledge profiles stay in your own network while production uses capable models.

On-premise

Entirely in your own network, on the Local AI Server if you wish. Unpublished drafts then stay in the building too.

One quote says more than many promises
“We produce about three times as much today and still argue less about tone. The reason is simple: what defines the brand now sits in one place instead of in four people’s heads.”

Pricing

One setup, one predictable operation.

Tiered by channels, personas and the volume actually produced. Setup covers the frame, meaning brand identity, tone, personas, templates, channels and knowledge profiles, plus onboarding the team.

Text

A piece counts once, regardless of how many channel versions come out of it. Five versions of a feature are one piece, not five. Additional pieces cost €1.90 in the Starter and Business packages, €1.40 in Pro.

Images

What counts are produced motifs, not format variants of the same motif. Crops for further channels are free. Additional motifs cost €0.35 each, high-resolution preparation for print €1.20.

Video

Video is the most expensive item and is therefore accounted for separately. Short videos up to 30 seconds are included depending on package, further ones cost from €12 per clip. Longer formats and avatar video run through specialised providers and are billed by the second.

Operation includes maintenance, updates and the production quota above. Unused volume expires at the end of the month, a carry-over can be agreed on request. Server and hosting costs are billed separately.

* Guide values. Volumes and prices are adapted to your actual needs in the quotation, because the number of channels, the variety of formats and the share of video drive the effort.

All prices are net, plus statutory VAT.

Frequent questions

What decision makers ask first.

Will it not sound like everywhere else?

That depends on the frame, not the model. Without persona, template and knowledge profile every tool sounds arbitrary. Which is exactly why setting up that frame is the real work, and production afterwards the easy part.

Who reviews the content?

People do. Every piece passes review and approval before publication, and the history stays with it. The tool accelerates production, it does not replace editorial responsibility.

Who owns the produced text and images?

You do. The content sits in your tenant and can be exported in full at any time. For image motifs the terms of the chosen provider additionally apply, which we point out during selection.

Do we need the Voice Generative CMS for this?

No. The Content Creator works on its own and can hand content over to existing systems. Together with the CMS, however, a continuous route emerges in which no manual step sits between approval and publication.

The first step

One topic. Five versions. An honest assessment.

Name us a topic from your next plan. We set up the frame and deliver five channel-appropriate versions. After that you judge for yourself whether that hits the voice of your brand.
